I'm writing this letter to exprress my appreciation for the amount of work that Trevor Kunopaski has done here at Laser Quest over the past few months. It seemed that all 4 units needed major work, and every repair made other problems apparent. At one point, he had to remove a bird's nest that was 8 feet deep into an exhaust pipe! As frustrating as the job must have been, Trevor continued to stick with it and has managed to get all the units up to the standard we require, always keeping a positive attitude. His dedication to this particular job and thoroughness in fixing every new problem that arose along the way due to no fault of hiw own has not gone unnoticed and I wanted to let his management know how pleased I am with all that he has accomplished here.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the work your technicians did during the duct cleaning in Phase 2 of the building. From the day they started on May 12th to the day they finished on June 7th, they were very professional. I appreciate especially the care they took to keep myself and the unit nurse supervisor aware of what they would be doing on a daily basis. They coordinated their work always keeping in mind the safety of our residents and were also very conscious about reducing the noise from the equipment as much as possible by using the balconies or closing doors. I did not receive a single complaint from anyone during the month they were working
