Maintenance Plans
We would like to take this opportunity to make you aware that we are a provider of many types of Maintenance Contracts for any equipment in relation to Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. If you equipment or your company require special service, we will gladly prepare a custom proposal to suit your needs.
Advantages of being a Service Contract Customer:
- You become a Priority Customer and as such enjoy priority on the dispatching of the service calls
- You enjoy Preferred Service Charges
- Your equipment, once maintained, will perform more efficiently; you will receive its full capacity and it will increase the equipment's life cycle, before capital replacement.
- In many cases the cost of the Service Contract (usually consisting of 4 seasonal inspections) is not that much different from the cost of a single service call out. Maintenance Contract work is done on a scheduled basis, thus reducing the travel time, maximizing the use of our labour and allowing us to pre-purchase the required materials on a quantity discount basis. These benefits are then passed on to our Contract customers through lower rates and time effective service.
